<p>Provided are a gas sensor including a gas-sensitive layer made of nickel oxide doped with iron to selectively sense ethanol gas and a method for manufacturing the gas sensor. According to the present invention, the gas-sensitive layer of the gas sensor is made of NiO doped with iron. The gas sensor has excellent selectivity of ethanol gas compared to other gases. The gas sensor is easily manufactured in large quantities based on the manufacturing method of this present invention without being influenced by a fine structure of a material forming the gas-sensitive layer.</p> |
