<p>According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for automatically evaluating patents using an evaluation engine is provided. The method comprises receiving information on specific patents from a user′s device, receiving evaluation requests on the specific patents from the user′s device, and outputting the calculated evaluation results of the specific patents, confirmed through the information, by using the previously-built evaluation engine. The evaluation engine can be built by learning the results of experts′evaluation regarding sample patents for each evaluation item carried out in advance by the experts.</p> |
