<p>A thin film solar cell according to the present invention comprises a rear electrode laminated on a substrate and a light absorbing layer laminated on the rear electrode. The light absorbing layer comprises multiple compound layers having different bandgap energies from each other, and the multiple compound layers are laminated to have a compound layer with a larger bandgap energy located at an upper part thereof. According to the present invention, by using the light absorbing layer composed of the compounds having different bandgap energies from each other, efficiency of solar light absorption can be improved.</p> |
