The present invention relates to a portable power supply device with a secondary battery pack, capable of discharging DC power charged in an inner battery by using a charged battery mounted inside when an external device (load) requiring the power is connected, thereby supplying the power to an external device in anywhere and anytime. A body case is made from light metals is separated into an upper cover and a lower U-shaped body. A slot for a printed circuit board (PCB) to be inserted in a length direction is formed inside the U-shaped body. The body case comprises a touch unit which touches a semiconductor device (FET, transistor, IGBT, etc.) attached to the PCB and a device which fixes the semiconductor device. Heat generated in the semiconductor device is emitted to the outside through the body case. A drum head is attached to both sides of the body case. A PCB, an input/output terminal, and a state display window are mounted on the drum head. A structure which exhausts the heat of the case to the outside is formed while being closed. The input/output terminal and the state display window which are attached to the drum head prevent damage. A groove is formed on the side of the case to mount an LED fluorescent lamp. The input/output terminal and a switch assembly connected to the PCB minimize wire connection. The secondary battery pack is easily detached from the lower part of the case.
