The present invention relates to a device and method to recover an unmanned underwater vehicle capable of recovering rapidly and safely the unmanned underwater vehicle in a launching tube without a limitation on an operating radius and water level. The device to recover the unmanned underwater vehicle includes: a submarine (300) in which a launching tube (301) is installed; a remote unmanned underwater vehicle (200) launched from the launching tube (301) to the water, binding an unmanned underwater vehicle (10) underwater, and returned to the launching tube (301) with the unmanned underwater vehicle (10); and a waterproof cable (400) connecting the launching tube (301) of the submarine (300) and the remote unmanned underwater vehicle (200).
