<p>The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a color wheel using anodizing. The present invention is configured to comprise a wheel casting step of casting an aluminum wheel in a casting process; a wheel first pre-processing step of pre-processing a surface of the casted aluminum wheel; a primer coating step of drying after applying a primer to the surface of the aluminum wheel; a surface coating step of applying a color paint to the surface of the aluminum wheels coated with the primer to paint; a liquid clear step of applying a liquid clear coating material and drying; a front surface processing step of cutting the front surface of the painted aluminum wheel; a wheel surface treatment step of smoothing the surface; a wheel second pre-processing step of drying after purifying the front of the surface-treated aluminum wheel; and a finish coating step of drying after coating the surface of the aluminum wheel to be translucent.</p> |
