<p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a culture medium for culturing colored enokitake and a method for mushroom cultivation using the same, specifically, to a method for culturing the colored enokitake by using a plastic bag cultivation method using plastic bags not an existing bottle cultivation method, thereby largely reducing the costs for labor and significant energy consumption due to proportionate growth of external and internal temperature in the cultivation facility upon season. The colored enokitake cultured by the proportionate growth according to the change of the external temperature every season is allowed to reduce energy consumption and increase sizes compared with mushroom cultured by an existing complicated cultivation method using the process of alternating temperature, thereby providing a new type of mushroom with improved productivity and quality for consumers.</p> |
