<p>The present invention relates to a stand which can keep a thick book open, hold a pad such as a smart pad or documents, and easily be carried around. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the multifunctional and portable stand includes: a horizontal unit; vertical units which are extended upward from both end units of the horizontal unit; a spacing unit which is extended from the vertical units toward the center of the horizontal unit and is spaced apart from the horizontal unit; and an adjusting rod which is arranged on the spacing unit and in which the length that the rod protrudes towards the horizontal unit is adjustable.</p> |
