<p>PURPOSE: An electrostatic capacity touch panel is provided to remove or reduce a correction work of a driver chip of the touch panel. CONSTITUTION: A power outage electrode(20) has an effective area which diminishes from the lead line(30). The effective area decrement of the power outage electrode is comprised of an inner void(120) of the power outage electrode. The inner void is a micro hollow which is uniformly distributed in a power outage electrode. The power outage electrode exists about one-axis in parallel.</p> |
