In the present invention, disclosed is an image signal processing system including a system on a chip (SOC) memory device. The image signal processing system includes a processor and the SOC memory device which includes the processing data of a processor. The SOC memory device includes a first memory region which includes nonvolatile memory cells, a second memory region which includes volatile memory cells, and first and second control units. The first control unit controls the writing and/or reading operation of the first memory region and/or the second memory region in response to a command received from the outside. The second control unit controls the transmission of the data from the first memory region to the second memory region or from the second memory region to the first memory region in response to the command. |
