Provided in the present invention is a method for manufacturing a mucoadhesive hydrogel by adding diacrylated poloxamer which induces a crosslinkable functional group with a poloxamer and carbopol to an aqueous solution, and irradiating on the same. The method for manufacturing a mocoadhesive hydrogel of the present invention can improve mechanical properties of the mucoadhesive hydrogel manufactured by inducing a crosslinkable functional group with poloxamer, irradiating radiation, and cross linking.
