The present invention relates to a forklift which can be vertically moved with ease. The present invention can be loaded onto and unloaded from a cargo box of a truck even by an unassisted user and can be moved even on a stepped uphill or downhill such as stairs. The present invention includes a control box that is provided with control switches for power ON/OFF, fork portion vertical movement distance control, and body portion vertical movement control; the body portion that is disposed with a rotatable moving wheel attached to a bottom surface of a plate and a cover covering an upper surface of the plate, the body portion being configured to include a fixed rail integrated with the plate; a first cylinder that is disposed inside the fixed rail; fork means connected to a piston rod of the first cylinder and configured to have a transport rail inserted into a guide groove of the fixed rail and moved and a connecting portion horizontally disposed for integral connection to a fork portion for an article movement; lift transport means in which a rotating wheel is disposed at an end of a second casing that is disposed to be inserted into or withdrawn from a first casing which is provided with the control box and a handle, a first connecting plate where a shaft hole and a stopper connecting pin hole are formed is provided at one end of the first casing, and a horizontal transport table that is integrally formed with a second connecting plate is disposed to be connected to the first connecting plate; and a second cylinder that is disposed to be fixed in the first casing and linearly moves the second casing which is connected to the piston rod, in which a hydraulic pump is further disposed in the body portion.
