USING A CRYOGENIC FLUID HEAT EXCHANGER VALVE LEAKAGE MEASURING DEVICE

An apparatus for measuring a leakage amount of a fluid of a cryogenic valve using thermal exchange is disclosed. The apparatus includes: a run tank coupled to an entrance of a cryogenic valve for testing by an opened inlet pipe as a medium to supply a cryogenic fluid into the cryogenic valve for testing through the inlet pipe; a leakage amount measuring device coupled to an exit of the cryogenic valve for testing by an outlet pipe as a medium to measure the leakage amount of the fluid leaked through the exit when the cryogenic valve for testing is closed; an open/close valve installed at a predetermined part of the inlet pipe to selectively open and close a flow path of the inlet pipe; a gas tank, in which a high pressure is filled; a thermal exchange unit coupled to the gas tank to thermal exchange the high pressure gas supplied from the gas tank to a cryogenic temperature; and a bypass pipe to mutually couple the entrance of the cryogenic valve for testing of the inlet pipe, a region between the open/close valve and the exit of the thermal exchange unit to supply the cryogenic fluid to the gas tank.
