<p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a vermin proof packaging material, which improves the vermin proof effect by using micro-capsulized cinnamon oil. The manufacturing method of a vermin proof packaging material comprises (a) a step of manufacturing a polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution; (b) a step of manufacturing a micro-capsule polyvinyl alcohol emulsion by adding cinnamon oil or fennel oil, and an emulsifier to the polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution manufactured in step (a), and homogenizing the same; (c) a step of manufacturing a coating solution by mixing the polyvinyl alcohol emulsion manufactured in step (b), and ink; and (d) a step of forming a coated first resin layer by coating a first resin layer with the coating solution manufactured in step (c). The vermin proof packaging material manufactured by the manufacturing method is excellent in the vermin proof effect as the release speed of the releasing material can be delayed by micro-capsulizing cinnamon oil, which repels larvae of Indian mealmoth.</p> |
