The present invention provides a method for efficiently constructing a frequency resource in a redundancy structure of a railway wireless communication network, capable of securing reliability and stability. The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for redundancy wireless communication networks, capable of improving the quality of a wireless signal. The method includes the steps of: dividing the same frequency band of a first base station and a second base station to form a dual cell coverage into a plurality of resource blocks (RB); dividing the divided frequency resource into a first frequency partition (FP) and a second frequency partition (FP) with the same structures; and transmitting and receiving data by using a first frequency resource allocated in the first frequency partition in the first base station and a second frequency resource allocated in the second frequency partition in the second base station.
