<p>The present invention relates to a partial-hardening treatment method for swiftly freezing and partially hardening the upper part of a long and thin processed product such as an L.M. guide. The partial-hardening treatment method according to an outline of the present invention includes: a step of mounting the processed product (1) in a groove (11) of a fixture (10) with the groove (11) in which the processed product (1) is to be mounted at the center in the longitudinal direction and a cooling water inlet (36) on the side for injecting cooling water; a step of heating a heating coil (21) of a high frequency heating device (20) installed on the processed product (1) by powering the high frequency heating device (20); a step of spraying water from the side of the fixture (10) to areas heated by the heating coil (21); a step of spraying air to the heated areas receiving water by an air-spraying device (35) from the rear side of the heating coil with the air sprayed in the moving direction of the processed product; and a step of having the upper part of the processed product (1) arranged in the longitudinal direction of the fixture (10) be heated and hardened as well as the processed product (1) being transferred by a transferring roller (30).</p> |
