The present invention relates to a polymer composite electrolyte used in a lithium secondary battery, and more specifically, to a polymer composite electrolyte and a lithium secondary battery including the same, wherein the polymer composite electrolyte comprises a polymer blend consisting of at least one oxide-based polymer selected from the group consisting of polyethylene oxide (PEO), polypropylene oxide (PPO) and glycidol, and at least one polar polymer selected from the group consisting of polyacrylonitrile (PAN) and polyviylidene fluoride (PVDF); a lithium salt; an inorganic filler; and a plasticizer. According to the present invention, the polymer composite electrolyte exhibits remarkably improved ionic conductivity compared with that of the conventional polymer electrolyte, providing a very high stability when employed in a lithium secondary battery. Furthermore, the polymer composite electrolyte can be manufactured in simple processes, and has the advantage of being applicable to any shape of batteries. |
