The present invention relates to a device and a method for manufacturing interlaced yarn using high-temperature and high-pressure air. In the device for manufacturing interlaced yarn according to the present invention, an air heating part (22) is installed at a position (the entrance of a nozzle) right in front of a nozzle bundle (23) on a path (21) for high-pressure air supplied from a high-pressure tank (20), the temperature of air supplied to the nozzle is controlled by a control box (24) controlled by a temperature control sensor in the air heating part (22), and yarn supplied from a yarn supply hole (b) is agglutinated or interlaced while being swelled and entangled by high-pressure air at pressure of 3 to 4 kg/cm^2, which is sprayed at high pressure. The yarn is wholly uniform and has stable interlacing state. Air spray yarn can be manufactured using a small amount of air and low air pressure compared with the processing condition of room-temperature and high-pressure air spray. The yarn is more excellent in terms of stability and in treatability in postprocessing than existing high-pressure yarn manufactured at room temperature as the yarn is interlaced by high-temperature and high-pressure air or high-temperature and high-pressure steam. Manufacturing costs can be reduced as the high-temperature and high-pressure air and the high-temperature and high-pressure steam can be recovered to be reused. |
