According to the present invention, a method of manufacturing a vertical and horizontal connector to fix upper and lower pipes (1, 2) of a guardrail includes: a pre-treatment step (S10) of preparing a member (10) having a protrusion (11) and a flat part (12) by pressing a circular board (S) formed of metal upward; a cutting step (S20) of removing cutting parts (20a, 20b, 20c, 20d) by cutting a predetermined part from the flat part (12) formed in the member (10) prepared in the pre-treatment step (S10); a boring step (S30) of forming bored parts (30, 30′) by boring lateral sides of the protrusion (11) formed on the member (10) formed in the cutting step (S20); and a finishing step (S40) of finishing the vertical and horizontal connector (A) by bending the flat part (12) formed on the member (10) in the boring step (S30) and forming a mounting part (40). Therefore, according to the present invention, pipes for the guardrail, which are vertically and horizontally installed in each building or each structure, are fixedly connected with each other through one connector, so that the pipes can be more conveniently connected with each other and assembled. In addition, the pipes are vertically and horizontally connected with each other without a welding work, so that the convenience of the installation can be improved and the installation cost can be greatly saved. In addition, the manufacturing process can be simplified, so that the productivity can be improved, the manufacturing cost can be saved, and the assembling work can be simplified, thereby improving the appearance. |
