A SLUDGE COLLECTION APPARATUS OF SUCTION TYPE FOR BASIN HAVING SCREEN

The present invention relates to a sludge suction discharge device installed inside a circular settling basin to discharge sludge accumulated at a lower side. The sludge suction discharge device comprises: a rotating coupling part composed of an axial discharge basket in a cylindrical shape fixed to the lower side of a rotational axis to discharge sludge and a cylindrical rotating basket connected to the rotational axis to rotate; a sludge discharger composed of a sludge discharge pipe, wherein a plurality of pipes are connected, connected to the rotating coupling part to discharge sludge and a sludge suction header having a plurality of suction pipes formed to suck sludge accumulated at the inner side of a hopper; and a sludge sucker connected to the upper side of the rotating coupling part to suck and discharge sludge accumulated on the inclined bottom of the settling basin. Sludge accumulated on the hopper is completely discharged owing to the sludge discharge device including the suction header in the shape of a funnel for three-directional suction on the hopper of the circular settling basin. Sludge on the upper bottom of the settling basin is collected downward easily using a scraper owing to the sludge sucker, which has partitions arranged in a plurality of suction holes, installed to collect sludge settled on the inclined bottom of a circular settling basin without a hopper. The suction efficiency of sludge can be increased greatly by increasing suction power for the downward collected sludge using the header with partitions. The sludge suction discharge device can be coupled easily owing to the rotating coupling part, which can rotate, connected to the rotational axis and sludge, which is accumulated every nook and corner on the circular settling basin, can be discharged easily.
