<p>The present invention is achieved by providing a fiber-optic cable duct that is essentially constructed in an engineering work for electrical line facilities and communication line facilities, and a device for manufacturing the fiber-optic cable duct. The device includes: an extruder in which a raw material in the form of powder fed through a hopper is heated to a high temperature at a screw case and is then forcibly transferred as a molten material to head dice; first dice and second dice continuously installed from both sides of the head dice and receiving the raw material as the molten material divided into two parts through the head dice from the screw case, to form straight inner and outer tubes, respectively, through extrusion; a first cooling water tank continuously installed from the front end of the first dice to standardize the inner tube through a first sizing member and cure the inner tube in a water-cooled manner; a first drawing member for drawing the inner tube cured through the first cooling water tank; a plurality of guide rolls which change a transfer direction of the cured inner tube drawn to the first drawing member, to guide the inner tube such that the inner tube is inserted into the rear end of the second dice and is transferred to the front end thereof; a second cooling water tank continuously installed from the front end of the second dice to shape the outer tube into a spiral tube through a second sizing member in a suction-holding manner, and simultaneously, to integrally form the outer tube with the outer circumference of the inner tube transferred into the second dice, thereby configuring a duct, and to cure the duct in a water-cooled manner; a second drawing member for drawing the duct cured through the second cooling water tank; and a winder continuously installed from the second drawing member to wind the duct. Accordingly, a single duct for accommodating a fiber-optic cable is manufactured through a series of mechanical and continuous processes.</p> |
