Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for allocating radio resources using an interference indicator in a femtocell network. The apparatus for allocating radio resources using an interference indicator in a femtocell network according to the present invention comprises: an interference indicator acquisition unit for acquiring more than one interference indicator among load information of a base station in a femtocell network, a variation of reference signal received power (RSRP) compared to reference signal received quality (RSRQ), and a channel quality indicator (CQI); a prioritization unit for giving different weightings to each of the interference indicators and prioritizing radio resource allocation using the interference indicators to which the weightings have been given; and a radio resource allocation unit for allocating radio resources to the base station in one carrier mode among a dedicated carrier mode, a partially shared carrier mode, and a shared carrier mode using the allocation priority order.
