<p>PURPOSE: A method for detecting Fusarium fujikuroi using a specific primer for rapid detection of the Fusarium fujikuroi is provided to ensure a simple and precise diagnosis by solving problems appeared in microscope examination of blotter method and selective medium seeding to detect the bacterium in rice seed. CONSTITUTION: The specific primer combination for rapid detection of Fusarium fujikuroi comprises a forward primer represented by sequence number 1 and a reverse primer represented by sequence number 2. A method for detecting Fusarium fujikuroi using the specific primer for rapid detection of the Fusarium fujikuroi comprises: a step of extracting genome DNA from rice seed; a step of amplifying target sequences by PCR using the genome DNA as a template, the sequence number 1 as the forward primer, and the sequence number 2 as the reverse primer; and a step of detecting the amplified product.
