<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a printing film for in-mold is provided to transfer a film with a roll-to-roll method and stop the film in the accurate printing position, thereby improving the dimension accuracy of a printing film. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a printing film for in-mold is as follows. A transparent in-mold film is heated and elongated(S100). The elongated film is set on a feed roller and the feed roller is rotated to transfer the film(S200). A position confirmation hole is bored on a side of the film(S300). One or more among a UV layer, a screen printing layer, an in-mold position confirmation part, a width position confirmation part, and a printing position confirmation part are formed on the film(S400). The film is heated to dry ink and additives(S500). The dried film is rolled(S600).</p> |
