<p>The present invention relates to alloy tool steel having an excellent wear resistance and elongation, a manufacturing method thereof, and a high speed tool manufactured by the method. The alloy tool steel of the present invention is widely used as high speed tool steel requiring a high hardness and cutting power and general alloy steel having wear resistance. The alloy tool steel is manufactured by melting iron, a selected metal, and olivine. Therefore, rare elements of the olivine and elements of alkaline earth metal react and exist in the structure. The structure of the alloy tool steel is modified due to the reactants when the alloy tool steel is casted, so the steel has the same property of matter as when being forged rolled and forged.</p> |
