The present invention relates to a method for processing form part wiring installed in a lower end hole of an instrument panel of a vehicle capable of processing inner and outer flanges and a panel combining part to a processing basic material at the same time by using a mechanical device, and processing the inner and outer flanges and the lateral part of the panel combining part to form a straight line; and automatically and continuously processing a penetration crack, a wiring pass groove, and a bolt head inserting groove by one mechanical device. An operating plate is equipped in the upper part of a lower base to be horizontally rotated based on a central shaft, a long-sighted cam in the same form as the processing basic material is equipped in the end part of one side of the operating plate in a horizontal direction to be in contact with a rotating disk on the lower base, and upper and lower fixing plates are equipped in the end part of the other side of the operating plate. Moreover, the upper and lower fixing plates are interworked with the long-sighted cam while gripping the processing basic material in upper and lower parts, and the inner and outer flanges and the panel combining part are formed in the processing basic material at the same time by a circular grinder. |
