摘要

An object of the present invention is to provide a biaxially oriented film for electrical insulation that has excellent withstand voltage characteristics over a temperature range from room temperature to higher temperatures. The film excels in withstand voltage characteristics and processability by inclusion of fullerene in a crystalline thermoplastic resin film.
