Experiment with applying printing to the edge of the wood surface treatment methods

PURPOSE: The surface processing method of an edge plate of a wooden board using the printing cover method is provided to process the curved surface of the edge plate as well as the flat surface by coating the edge plate of the wooden sheet in a printing cover method which controlled by an automated system. CONSTITUTION: The surface processing method of an edge plate of a wooden board comprises a step of polishing the edge plate (10) which polishes the edge side of the wooden board to a sandpaper (2) (S1); a step of coating the UV paint printing which coats the polished edge plate of the wooden board with the UV (Ultra Violet) paint in a printing cover method (S2); and a step of drying UV paint by coating and irradiating the Ultra Violet Lamp on the coated edge plate of the wooden board.
