<p>A self-elevating thruster system and a vessel having the same are disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the self-elevating thruster system comprises a canister device which is installed on an elevation passage in a hull to be elevated and which has a propeller and a driving motor for driving the propeller; an elevation gear device on the driving motor and the canister device to elevate the canister device using power delivered from the driving motor; and a clutch device on the canister device to control power transmission between the driving motor and the elevation gear device.</p> |
