<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing the endbell of a power module. An endbell is installed to a motor for the dual clutch transmission of a car to electrically bond wires. The method for manufacturing the endbell of a power module includes a trim step of removing the joint part (121) of a terminal (120) integrated by a press mold and cutting the terminal (120) into pieces; an insertion step of inserting the terminal (120) divided by the trim step into an incore (200); an injection molding step of installing the incore (200) inserted into the terminal by the insertion step to a lower cavity core (300), combining the lower cavity core (300) with an upper cavity core (400), and injecting a resin into the lower cavity core (300) and the upper cavity core (400); and a separation step of separating the endbell completed by the injection molding step from the encore (200). The method for manufacturing the endbell of a power module simplifies a manufacturing process to easily extract the endbell, and integrates the terminal and the endbell to improve accuracy and quality, and reduces production cost due to prime cost.</p> |
