The present invention relates to a heat exchanging ventilator, and more specifically, to a heat exchanging ventilator which integrally forms an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe exchanging temperature of inside air and outside air for ventilation when ventilating by discharging inside air and absorbing outside air, thereby requiring only one through-hole of a wall body or a glass window to be constructed when installing a ventilator and efficiently exchanging heat between inside air and outside air. The heat exchanging ventilator includes a body portion having an outside air outlet and an inside air inlet coming in communication with inside respectively formed at an upper portion and a lower portion of the body; a heat exchange portion forming a heat exchange chamber at the center of the body portion and a heat exchange unit at the center of the heat exchange chamber to form first and second outside air circulation chambers in communication with the outside air outlet to be in communication with the heat exchange unit in a diagonal direction and to form first and second inside air circulation chambers in a direction diagonal to the heat exchange unit to be in communication with the inside air inlet; an absorption portion forming an absorption chamber at one side of the heat exchange portion and forming an outside air blower at the absorption chamber to be in communication with the first outside air circulation chamber to absorb the outside air and supply the outside air to the first outside air circulation chamber; and a discharge portion forming an inside air discharge pipe at an inner circumference of an outside air absorption pipe of the absorption portion to form a communication hole to enable one end portion of the inside air discharge pipe to be in communication with the inside air blower formed in the discharge chamber, wherein the discharge chamber is formed to be in communication with the second inside air circulation chamber.
