The present invention includes a unit sample processing unit which is positioned by being separated from the center of a rotation in a radial direction. The unit sample processing unit includes: a target material capturing unit which includes a capturing path having an inlet hole and an outlet hole and a capturing means filling the capturing path; a sample chamber which is positioned to be inner than the target material capturing unit in a radial direction, is connected to the inlet hole of the capturing path, and provides a space which stores a sample inside; a washing buffer solution chamber which is positioned to be inner than the target material capturing unit in a radial direction and provides a space which stores washing buffer solution inside; washing buffer solution which is positioned between the washing buffer solution chamber and the inlet of the capturing path; an elution buffer solution chamber which is positioned to be inner than the target material capturing unit in a radial direction and provides a space which stores elution buffer solution inside; and an elution buffer solution introduction path which is positioned between the elution buffer solution chamber and the inlet of the capturing path. The washing buffer solution introduction path includes inner transition curve sections which change the flow of the washing buffer solution from the inside to the outside. The elution buffer solution introduction path changes the flow of the elution buffer solution from the inside of the radial direction to the outside and includes a first inner transition curve section and a second inner transition curve section which are arranged in order in a flow direction.
