<p>The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition that prevents water-soluble ingredients from being destroyed due to external factors by coating water-soluble cosmetic ingredients by means of a cryoprotectant and to a method for producing same. Provided is a method for producing an s/o-type emersion powder cosmetic composition containing water-soluble ingredients, the method comprising the steps of: producing an aqueous phase by dissolving an s/o-type emersion powder cosmetic composition and water-soluble cosmetic components in water, wherein the s/o-type emersion powder cosmetic composition contains water-soluble components that are obtained by coating sterols on a water-soluble cosmetic ingredients and an emulsifier; producing an oil phase by adding an emulsifier to an organic solvent; producing w/o-type emulsion by mixing the aqueous phase and oil phase; and dissolving sterols in the emulsion in order to then be frozen and dried. The water-soluble ingredients in the cosmetic composition of the present invention are usually easily oxidized and destroyed due to external factors such as air, heat, light, and oxygen but are protected from the external factors by means of a coating film of a cryoprotectant so as to have improved qualities and content stability. Water is removed through a freezing and drying procedure so that the water-soluble ingredients can be prevented from being oxidized due to oxygen dissolved in the water and the composition of the present invention can be stored for a long period of time thereby. Moreover, the water-soluble ingredients are made into powder through the freezing and drying procedure so that the water-soluble components that are unstable in heat are prevented from losing titer during the production process thereof and the original activity thereof is maintained. The composition of the present invention is in powder form so that the composition can be mixed with the oil phase in order to be immediately changed into an emersion-type composition that maintains an aqueous phase and oil phase dispersed colloid state.</p> |
