The present invention provides a fluorooxyalkylene group-containing polymer modified silane by which a water repellent and oil repellent layer has excellent heat resistance, a surface treating agent including the silane and/or a hydrolyzed and condensed product of the same, and an article having a surface treated through the surface treating agent, wherein the fluorooxyalkylene group-containing polymer modified silane is represented by Chemical Formula (1).
