<p>The present invention relates to a spinning equipment based on a game for promoting health. The spinning equipotent comprises: a body plate; an LCD plate; a control button; a bearing; a rotational plate having a stepped fixating groove on an upper part thereof; a foothold made of an elastic material; an exercise bar; a monitoring sensor; a smart phone including an application, which displays multimedia contents; and an inner controlling part. According to the present invention, a user can safely and enjoyably perform step exercise, and can automatically record the exercise status, an effect of the exercise, and change of a health condition. The spinning equipment uses a new interface in which the multimedia contents provided to the smart phone can be used, and thus enables the user to enjoy various game contents.</p> |
