The present invention relates to an auto-probe testing device. The auto-probe testing device includes: a work stage having a worktable mounted on to enable an organic light emitting display panel to be mounted on the upper side with the rear surface facing upward; a plurality of probe units which comes in contact with a pad unit formed on the front surface of the panel stored in the worktable to test the panel; a probe state moving the probe units in the z-axis direction to make to probe units and the pad unit come in and out of contact; a pressing jig which is in contact with the rime of the upper surface of the panel corresponding to the contact area of the probe units and the pad unit to prevent the panel from moving upward; and a base unit mounting the work stage; probe stage; and jig stage.
