The present invention relates to a smart hot and cold water mat apparatus with no condensation using a slim-type twin hot and cool water generating module which comprises: a slim-type twin hot and cold water generating module (100) supplying water to a hot and cold water mat with no condensation by changing the water into hot or cold water according to the temperature set by a user; and a hot and cool water mat with no condensation (200) which becomes a cold water mat by receiving cold water from the slim-type twin hot and cold water generating module or a hot water mat by receiving hot water from the slim-type twin hot and cold water generating module. According to the present invention, the hot and cold water mat apparatus with no condensation can be manufactured by having the volume of the apparatus slim as a cold water mode of a thermoelectric device module and a hot water mode of a PTC heater module, and can reduce 70% of condensation on a surface of the mat due to temperature differences.
