The present invention relates to a multi-degradable polymer resin composition and, more specifically, to a polymer resin composition which includes a polymer resin, an oxidation accelerator, a biodegrading agent, and heat transfer accelerator. The multi-degradable polymer resin composition according to the present invention can be completely degraded in a final buried or unburied state for satisfying the requirements of a product having the degradation of the polymer resin accelerated by complex degrading reaction, and can be manufactured with the less costs to have an advantage of having high commercializability.
