The present invention relates to a device for controlling ventilation of a sintering apparatus and a method for controlling ventilation of mixed raw materials. The device makes quality of sintered ore uniform by maintaining moisture content and the size of particles to be constant based on the temperature on each zone in the widthwise direction of the sintering apparatus so as to make ventilation on the mixed raw materials charged into a sintering cart. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the device includes: a moisture supplying part which is installed on an inclined plate arranged on the sintering apparatus and adjusts the moisture content of the mixed raw material, charged into the sintering cart; and a grinding part which adjusts the size of the particles of the mixed raw material passing through the inclined plate.
