<p>The present invention relates to a health food composition using medicinal herbs, fruits, vegetables and grains and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a health food composition using medicinal herbs, fruits, vegetables and grains and a manufacturing method thereof where an active ingredient of fermented liquid which is obtained by completely naturally fermenting medicinal herbs, fruits, grains and sea grass useful to a human body is manufactured and taken as health food and food for improving skin care and treating dermatitis and is manufactured as a medicine to be applied.
