The present invention relates to a medical brace having a hemostasis function and, more specifically, to a medical brace having a hemostasis function characterized by including a body unit (100) forming a curved portion where the front surface is recessed; fixation units (200) formed each on the upper and lower side ends of the body unit (100) covering each of the upper and lower parts of a portion where the medical brace is placed to fixate the portion; a hemostasis pressing unit (300) pressing the body of a user to stop bleeding from the pressed portion; and a hemostasis band unit (400) which is a band connecting the hemostasis pressing unit (300) and body unit (400) capable of adjusting the length of the band and the portion to be pressed by being joined to or separated from a part or the whole part of a detachable surface (110) formed on the rear surface of the body unit (100). The proposed medical brace having a hemostasis function can obtain not only a function where the medical brace fixates the portion where the medical brace is placed but also a function stopping bleeding by pressing a specific portion by including the body unit, fixation units, hemostasis pressing unit, and the hemostasis band unit; can easily adjust the length of the band and the position of the portion to be passed as a part or the whole part of the hemostasis band unit joined to or separated from a part or the whole part of the detachable surface by forming the detachable surface on the rear surface of the body unit, and can firmly fixate the position of the hemostasis pressing unit. In addition, in accordance to the present invention, the medical brace having the hemostasis function can protect the skin portion where the medical brace is placed and improve a sense of wearing by including an elastic cushion unit on the front inner side of the body unit. Moreover, a manufacturing process of the medical brace having the hemostasis function is more economical than an existing double injection-molded product as the hemostasis pressing unit is formed by injection molding urethane resin that is to be integrated.
