The present invention relates to a crosswalk signs control device which include the following: a crosswalk signs control unit for lighting cross signals for the predefined first interval for pedestrians to cross a crosswalk and blocks pedestrian detection signal inputted from the sensor unit and turns on cross-not-accepted signals during a second interval after the first interval; a blockage unit for blocking the traffic of vehicles by rotatably moving to a road during the first interval, installed on an electric pole, and blocking pedestrians to cross a crosswalk by rotatably moving to one end of the pedestrian standby position during the second interval; a vehicle number recognition unit for photographing the plate number of a vehicle crossing a crosswalk during the first interval without permission; and a lighting control unit for controlling lighting devices built under a crosswalk to maintain the intensity of illumination to be on a predetermined level 1 intensity if the intensity of illumination of crosswalk is under the standard illumination and controlling the illumination to be on level 2 intensity, which is brighter than the level 1, if a vehicle comes to a crosswalk with a speed higher than the predefined limit when the pedestrian signal is turned on. |
