The present invention relates to a winder having a novel structure. With the present invention, coils can be successively produced without having to stop the operation. In the winder according to the present invention, first and second rotating plates (12, 13) coupled with the first and second cores (16, 17) are provided on an upper surface of a turntable (11) and a snagger (19) where a middle portion of a wire (1) is hung is provided on the first and second rotating plates (12, 13). The wire (1) is alternately wound around circumferential surfaces of the first and second cores (16, 17) while the first and second rotating plates (12, 13) and the first and second cores (16, 17) changing positions, thus the wire (1) discharged from the wire manufacturing device can be continuously wound around the circumferential surfaces of the first and second cores (16, 17) without stopping. Accordingly, the operation for winding the wire (1) around the circumferential surfaces of the first and second cores (16, 17) can be continued without stopping, thus no accumulator has to be used for storing the wire (1) during separation of the completed coils. In particular, the wire manufacturing device does not have to be slowed down in accordance with the capacity of the accumulator, and the wire manufacturing device can be accelerated for high production efficiency of the wire manufacturing device. |
