The present invention relates to a method for producing a functional food for dieting. More specifically, the method comprises the steps of: heating and agitating a mixed liquid at a temperature of 100°C, wherein the mixed liquid consists of 20.0-25.0 wt% of liquid fructooligosaccharide and 2.5-3.5 wt% of a liquid blueberry concentration; mixing the mixed liquid with 1.0-3.0 wt% of plantago seed powder, 2.0-2.5 wt% of L-carnitine powder, 1.6-2.4 wt% of polydextrose powder, 0.2-0.4 wt% of green tea extract powder, and 1.5-2.5 wt% of garsinia cambogia powder; mixing the power mixed liquid with 20.0-25.0 wt% of solid nuts, 7.0-11.0 wt% of dried fruits, and 4.0-5.0 wt% of roasted perilla seeds; compressing, molding, and cutting the powder and solid mixed liquid into a bar shape; and drying the same through hot air of 40-45°C for 1-3 minutes in order to be cooled at the room temperature. Moreover, the functional food is produced in a bar shape, so that a large quantity of functional components which are effective for dieting can be easily added. Through a chewing effect, the secretion of glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) hormones is promoted, so that the feeling of satiety is transferred to the brain and weight can be helpfully reduced, and nutrition can be supplemented by coating vitamin C. |
