The present invention relates to a bed provided with a bed plate capable of a vertical movement and reciprocation. In the bed of the present invention, a bed plate where a mattress is disposed is formed to be divided into a vertical movement bed plate and an upper plate bed plate, the bed plates are connected by using a connection tool and are mounted inside a bed main body frame, the vertical movement bed plate is formed for one side end portion to be vertically moved at a predetermined height by a vertical movement device, and the upper plate bed plate is formed to reciprocate in a longitudinal direction of the bed by a transport device. The present invention includes a control unit that controls the cycle, frequency, and speed of a vertical movement effect of the vertical movement bed plate and a movement operation of the upper plate bed plate. According to the present invention, the bed is moved by a predetermined distance, regularly or irregularly, upward, downward, or in a front-back direction to have a cradle function or maintain a stationary state, and thus allows people with and without insomnia to sleep well. The present invention detects a snoring sound when a snoring person is in sleep, is moved by a predetermined distance, regularly or irregularly, upward, downward, or in a front-back direction, and shakes the body of the snoring person so as to prevent the snoring. The present invention detects a crying sound of a baby having a certain decibel, provides smooth shaking for the bed for a certain period of time, and thus his or her guardian does not have to hold or carry the baby to put the baby to sleep.
