COMPOSITION FOR THE PRODUCTION OF BUILDING PRODUCTS WITHOUT FIRING BASED ON CLAY

The invention relates to a composition for the production of building products (bricks, blocks, etc.) without firing. The composition is based on clay – dust or dust-sand, and additionally contains calcium oxide, gypsum, and as an activator – fired marl clay and/or marl and water. The composition in mass percent is as follows: activator from 5 to 25, calcium oxide from 1 to 8, gypsum expressed as gypsum dihydrate from 1 to 7, the difference up to 100% is dust or dust-sand clay. To this mixture, water is added from 20 to 40% on a dry matter basis. The mass is homogenized and molded into products which are aged in humid atmosphere, after which they are dried in air. The building materials produced from this composition are characterized by rigidity in a wet state from 4.5 to 6.8 МРа, and in a dry state – from 7 to 10 МРа, which makes them suitable for building non-load-bearing curtain walls. 5 claims
