The present invention relates to a functional interior finishing putty which is used in a building to adjust and absorb sounds, a putty which effectively uses antibacterial immunity substances and useful medicinal substances contained in plants, a putty which more effectively uses and maintains the functional shapes of plant cells and plant fabrics, a multi-functional sound-absorbing putty composition which can be treated through various working methods, and to a method for producing the same. The multi-functional sound-absorbing composition comprises: 3-9 parts by weight of plant pulverized particles, 3-9 parts by weight of sound-absorbing fiber, 6-12 parts by weight of diatomite, 2-8 parts by weight of perlite, 2-8 parts by weight of zeolite, 0.2-8 parts by weight of a functional improver, 1-5 parts by weight of a phosphorous-based flame retardant material, 5-20 parts by weight of an inorganic flame retardant material, 1.5-4.5 parts by weight of a thickening adhesive, 0.0025-1 parts by weight of a precipitation preventing agent, 0.5-3 parts by weight of an antibacterial preservation agent, 1-5 parts by weight of a color, 5-15 parts by weight of a binder, 2-10 parts by weight of a bubbling agent solution, and 60-120 parts by weight of water. Moreover, a thickness-adjusting particle body can be further comprised, wherein an exclusive diluted liquid is prepared, and the multi-functional sound-absorbing putty composition is formed as a 2 liquid-type composition. |
