The device (10) has an abutment (9) to block one of objects at a front end (6) of a straight storage line. An electromagnet (39) is provided on a rear end (7) of the line, and generates a mechanical ejection impulse. A transmitting unit transmits the impulse from the electromagnet towards the front end of the line to transmit the impulse to the blocked object. The transmitting unit has a rod (15) connecting the electromagnet to a rigid lifting unit (11) that lifts the object relative to the abutment.
