Disclosed are compositions containing a small molecule therapeutics and an alkyl N, N-disubstituted amino acetate are disclosed. Inclusion of the alkyl N, N-disubstituted amino acetate enhances the pharmacokinetic properties of the small molecule therapeutics. In particular the disclosure is directed towards taxanes as the small molecule therapeutic and dodecyl-2-(N,N-dimethylamino) isopropionate hydrochloride as the enhancer. |
