<p>The invention provides an electric device and a manufacture method thereof. The method of the invention are that a first adhesion layer is formed on a first surface of a substrate, and the adhesion force of the substrate and a first region of the first adhesion layer is weaker than that of the substrate and a second region of the first adhesion layer; a first base layer is formed on the first adhesion layer and the boundary of the first base layer is located in the second region; an electronic element layer is formed on the first base layer and the boundary of the electronic element layer is projected in the first region; a second adhesion layer is formed and adhered onto the first adhesion layer which is not covered by the first base layer and the first base layer which is not covered by the electronic element layer, and the upper surface of the second adhesion layer and the electronic element layer form a first fixing surface; the adhesion force of the first and second adhesion layers is stronger than that of the substrate and the second region of the first adhesion layer; and by employing a fixing device to fix the fist fixing surface and provide a pulling force, the electronic element layer, the first base layer, and the first adhesion layer are separated from and the substrate.</p> |
